1. License Grant

hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free,

2. Restricted Use

You may not deploy, distribute, or utilize the Licensed Work nor any

provides a commercial advantage in competition with the Licensor’s business

4. Change to MIT License

On the Change Date (exactly 3 years from the date of the first public
availability of a specific version or contribution), the restrictions
in Section 2 and Section 3 expire for that version, and the Licensor
hereby grants you a license to that version under the terms of the MIT
License.

5. Contributor Agreement

By contributing to this repository, you agree that your contributions
are licensed under this License, including the rolling transition to
the MIT License three years after the date your contribution is made
public. You represent that you have the right to license your contributions
under these terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection
with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of New Zealand. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of New
Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or
